Accomplishments


  • TP400, Developed a new test for monitoring engine system start-ups by use of variable ignition during testbed start-ups. 


  • Pearl 15, Voted employee on the month by RRD project Director and the customer by driving core component H/W off critical path.


  • Pearl 15, Earned CSME Cost Reduction of the month award. (circa initial $840,000 over one project life span with the potential to read across into two further projects).


  • Pearl 15, Integrated two proposals for the leaner supply chain as well as cost reduction processes, allowing H/W to be sourced to a wider supply chain and suppliers to manufacture to reduced requirements, saving on requirements for concession processing.


  • Pearl 700, Established a reporting/tracking system for over 13,000 instrumentation parts covering the full life cycle from concept design to engine installation, helping de-risk critical path H/W and allowing for improved build times, covering 30 enginess and a budget circa 8 Million euro.
